1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okkz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the okkz website at https://okkz.net, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, video poker, and all associated financial services.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a bet on okkz, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okkz platform.

okkz serves players located in Bangladesh. All services are offered in English. These Terms are written in English, and the English version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute or ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

okkz reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the okkz platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between okkz and its players — including support correspondence, promotional communications, account notifications, and these Terms — are conducted in English. okkz does not provide official communications in any other language, though support staff may assist with language queries informally.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of okkz services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on okkz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okkz strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active account on okkz. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether requested by yourself or imposed by okkz.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true geographical location in order to circumvent platform access restrictions.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

okkz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to provide supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account. okkz reserves the right to withhold funds pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures where there is reason to believe that fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms has occurred.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact okkz support at [email protected] immediately.

okkz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. okkz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on okkz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okkz does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which okkz bears no responsibility.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okkz currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your okkz wallet instantly or within a few minutes under normal circumstances. Card and bank transfer deposits may take longer to process. okkz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system downtime.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. okkz reserves the right to reverse and refund any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). okkz aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; payments to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within a few hours of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed KYC verification and you must not have any outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the funds you wish to withdraw. okkz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to authorising any withdrawal.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

okkz is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. Any suspicious transaction or pattern of activity may be flagged for review. okkz reserves the right to freeze account funds, request additional documentation, and report activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of financial crime. Withdrawals will not be processed to a different method or account than was used for the deposit without satisfactory verification.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

okkz offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which is stated in the individual offer terms. If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

okkz reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close an account if there is evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures
• Providing false information to claim a promotion for which the player is not eligible

4.4 Promotional Changes

okkz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of the credit, unless there is evidence of abuse.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on okkz are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall take precedence.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted and valid once a confirmation message has been displayed on the platform and a corresponding entry has appeared in your bet history. okkz reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. This includes the right to apply maximum stake limits to any player or market at any time.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

okkz takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds and game parameters are displayed accurately. However, in the event of an obvious error — including but not limited to pricing errors, system glitches, or incorrect market configurations — okkz reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds or game configurations will not be paid.

5.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket is the primary sport on the okkz sportsbook, with markets covering BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. The following specific rules apply to cricket betting:

• A match must progress to a defined minimum number of overs for pre-match bets to stand, as stated in the individual market rules.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules in place at the time the bet was accepted.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of okkz during active matches. Odds may be suspended at any time during play at the platform's discretion.
• Ante-post bets on tournament winners (e.g., BPL champion, T20 World Cup winner) will stand regardless of player injury, team selection changes, or match rescheduling, unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Casino Game Rules

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and video poker titles such as Jacks or Better — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by human dealers operating physical equipment under controlled studio conditions. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. RTP (return-to-player) rates for all games are available on request.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okkz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

6.1 Fraud and Cheating

• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or poker-style formats
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the okkz platform
• Placing bets using inside information not publicly available (match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes)
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the okkz platform in any way

6.2 Financial Misconduct

• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to deposit funds
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after placing bets
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of another person without okkz's explicit written consent

6.3 Platform Misuse

• Registering more than one account on okkz
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account
• Attempting to access okkz from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographical restrictions

7 Account Closure

You may request to close your okkz account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any active bonus balances will be forfeited in accordance with the bonus terms. Funds remaining in the real-money wallet will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

7.1 Closure by okkz

okkz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any of these Terms or any other policy published on the platform
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• okkz is required to do so by applicable law or instruction from a competent authority

Where an account is closed by okkz due to a breach of these Terms, okkz reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including real-money and bonus funds, where such funds are linked to the breach in question.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Please see our Responsible Gaming page for full details of the tools available.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. okkz will attempt to notify you by email before applying any dormancy fees. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the balance of a dormant account. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting [email protected], subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8 Age Restriction & Responsible Gaming

okkz is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and use the okkz platform is 18 years. This applies to all services, including free-play modes where available. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account, make a deposit, or participate in any form of gambling on okkz.

8.1 Age Verification

okkz verifies the age of all players as part of the KYC process. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document confirming your date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method, less any amounts wagered, and no winnings will be paid.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Commitment

okkz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among our player community in Bangladesh. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your account to prevent further gambling activity.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okkz's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okkz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and okkz with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing by an authorised representative of okkz.
